Zack Noory, Managing Partner

Mr. Zack Noory is the Managing Partner and founder of Nexus Investor Relations. Previously, he served as the Vice President of an internationally recognized investor relations firm. Mr. Noory is an expert on investor relations, corporate disclosure, governance, valuation and many other corporate management topics for micro and small-cap companies. Mr. Noory has been responsible for the strategic IR consulting and day-to-day program execution of several micro and small cap companies and currently oversees all aspects of the strategic IR programs for Nexus Investor Relations clients.

Mr. Noory has several years of experience counseling dozens of companies on investor relations issues – including strategic planning, media relations, and successful completion of several rounds of financings. In addition, Mr. Noory is an authority in aiding Nasdaq listed companies in avoiding delisting situations.

Mr. Noory received his BA from University of California, Irvine, and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine
